Katherine is a Graduate Lawyer at Legalment with experience across general commercial, corporate, estate, and immigration law matters, including judicial review.

In her commercial work, she has assisted with a wide range of matters, including business sales and acquisitions, loan arrangements, and various commercial contracts and transactions. She regularly advises clients on estate planning and prepares Wills and related documents with a clear and practical approach. Katherine has experience in making applications to the Supreme Court for grants of probate and letters of administration, providing practical support to ease clients’ burden during difficult times. She has also handled judicial review matters, assisting clients in challenging visa refusals and administrative decisions through court proceedings.
